Experience has led Dr. Hedge to believe in "team". Building his practice to where it is today can only be attributed to his pursuit of superior service and atmosphere. Care like no where else, Dr. Hedge and his team deliver. Dental appointments are transformed from routine to nurturing and, at times, life changing. The wealth of knowledge that his educational pursuits have given Dr. Hedge is secondary to his visible compassion and genuine care for his patients. Education:

Education, in a way, 'defines' Dr. Hedge. Lets take a look at his years of education and where that journey has led him. Dr. Thomas K. Hedge Neuromuscular dentist, Dr. Hedge was born in Mentor, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. Dr. Hedge attended Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio where he double majored in biology and chemistry. During his education at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry he conducted research resulting in the publication of seven abstracts and one paper and numerous awards at the state and national level.

Following his graduation from dental school he completed a general practice residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. This advanced education included additional training in anesthesia, pediatrics, emergency medicine, geriatrics, Temporomandibular Joint Treatment, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthetics and implantology. And to the benefit of cosmetic dentistry, Ohio, Dr. Tom Hedge established the Dental Health Center in West Chester, Ohio, a Cincinnati suburb.

This was just the beginning of his road to education in dentistry. Since graduation from these professional programs, Dr. Hedge has attended or taught over 250 hours of course content a year for the last 20 years.

Dr. Hedge shares the distinction of being one the two percent of dentists nationally who are graduates of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), a premier institute recognized internationally for its training in cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry. At one time, he also enjoyed the distinction of being one of the institutes featured instructors, who taught dentists from around the world. Today, he continues teaching doctors in many locations. Dr. Hedge's extended education includes his status as alumnus or the Pankey Institute, a continuing education facility that has helped transform and inspire dentists. Which leads us nicely to a word that completes our definition of Dr. Hedge... passion
